1.   Ok first i took this image, and reduced the size by 50%. Image > Image size > select percect > type 50%.

2.  Go to layers > New Adjustment Layer > Color balance. Type these numbers in color levels: -50, 2, 50.

3.   Go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation/Lightness. I set my hue to 15, saturation to 25. You may adjust to your liking. preview.

3.   Now go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Curves. Under the channel set these:
Red: Input 59 — Output 67
Blue and Green — leave alone.

4.   it should look like this. Now go to Layer > Merge > Merge Visible.

5.   Thats all you do! you can add some effects, i added text and messed with the blending options and opacity. so try it out!
